CV presents: Learning the Ropes with Erin Houdini

October 17, 2011
9:00 PMto11:00 PM

Erin Houdini’s Western Bondage workshops are flexible, gender-neutral, and tailored to the students attending. With her philosophy of beauty through function and restraint, she teaches a consistent system of concepts that can be applied to different positions and parts of the body, regardless of the size or shape of the bottom, making rope easier to learn while leaving room for students to develop their own ties and aesthetics.
In her 101 workshop, Erin introduces the basics of tying limbs, binding arms to the body, and hogties, giving students a solid rope foundation to build on. Bringing a partner is recommended but not necessary, as you’ll have the chance to pair up at the event, and you’re always welcome to borrow Erin’s rope.

About Erin:
She’s a rope mistress and escape artist, an understated yet striking young woman in the business of uniquely colored rope and restrictive restraint. A teacher by trade, she brings style and substance to her workshops all across the Northeast, striving to make rope bondage accessible and logical, yet still intuitive and artistic. From her bondage art and modeling to her articles on gender and sexuality, her work is showcased at fetlife.com/erinhoudini, and you can check out her ropes and lessons at www.erinhoudini.com. Don’t be afraid to say hi!

As always meet in Hamilton 316 at 9pm!
