Dress code: comfortable clothes if you want to participate

Clark will be doing a demonstration on how to wrestle, grapple, spar, and more. General hands-on stuff.

Participation is encouraged, but not required. If you would like to practice moves in the class, wear comfortable clothes and bring a friend (or find one there!)
